About us

LANCE LINDBLOM

We all need support sometimes. Mental health counselling can be a therapeutic outlet to process difficult emotions, to reconnect with what brings fulfilment to our lives, and to shift our perspective towards self-compassion and kindness towards ourselves.

I am excited to connect with individuals and couples seeking counselling services and aim to be adaptive to the needs of all those I work to support. My experience in providing mental health services focuses around managing anxiety and stress, supporting couples in strengthening their connection together, exploring difficulties with depression and mood concerns, and supporting clients in navigating challenges in their personal relationships.

I structure my counselling philosophy around general wellness and Mindfulness practices and draw on the therapeutic modalities of Lifespan Integration, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and the Gottman Method for supporting couples. I have completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

I feel fortunate for the opportunity to connect with so many unique individuals in my counselling work. Counselling support can be an effective means towards exploring our challenges and celebrating our successes. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you are seeking support!
